Postpartum Resources

Even under the best of circumstances, motherhood takes a physical and mental toll on women’s bodies. This is real. This is hard.

Please know you are not alone and the WCPA community is always available to help. We hope to be a source of connection, support, solidarity and fun. Use our member support meal service. Join our bookclubs. Let loose at an adult social. Connect on a playground playdate. And always reach out (connect.wcpa@gmail.com ) if you or a loved one needs support- the WCPA will help fiercely and discretely.

In addition, you can reach experts by contacting  any of the resources shown below. There is no shame in this. We wish we knew of these resources sooner. Use them for yourself or to support a loved one.
