Member Care

About Member Care
Member Care volunteers provide meals to WCPA families who have had a new baby or are dealing with a family illness or crisis. To request a meal for yourself or another WCPA member, please email membercare.WCPA@gmail.com.

What our members are saying:

"Zak and I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to you for sending meals our way when Zak had his hip replaced. Can’t begin to tell you how much easier it made those first few weeks (no cooking, hardly any dishes – you know what a big deal that is when you have a lot to handle at home!). I never imagined I’d need to leverage a meal service, but I’m so glad I didn’t try to “do it all” – it’s such an important thing to be willing to reach out to your community when you could use some help. I’m so glad this opportunity is available to WCPA members; I’m sure it’s made a world of difference for others.

Thank you, thank you…

Teresa and Zak"

Volunteering with Member Care
We are always looking for new volunteers to join Member Care. Being a volunteer consists of delivering one meal to another WCPA family who needs some extra help. Meals can be home cooked or store bought; it doesn’t matter.

When you join, you will periodically receive emails when there is a need for volunteers, and you can decide when to volunteer. Don’t have time in a given month?  Simply wait for the next request for volunteers—you decide when it works for you.

Joining Member Care is a small, but meaningful way to make a positive impact in our community.

To volunteer or learn more please contact membercare.WCPA@gmail.com.
